Established in 2010, kukka™ is a British design house.
Our products are made from sustainable materials and cultural behaviors; these are taken into account during the design process; we admire craftsmanship, aesthetics, and functionality.
All this is reflected throughout the production, technology methods, minimising of materials and components used for both products and packaging.
Our products are designed and made from actual day to day living experiences; as we observe, listen, feel as well as innovate, any kukka™ product with confidence.
Who is Kukka?
Thanks to our customers, supporters and followers we have learned that kukka has different meanings in different languages; you may wonder what kukka means for us.
Our kukka is a sweet childhood memory, kukka has no meaning in my mother tongue language, ku-kka is a sound. My first steps in talking which became a word I used to name my grandmother, kukka Myriam.
kukka keeps inspiring us all.
Our Creative Director

Rona initially worked in Milan in different design practices designing award-winning products for companies such as Luceplan, Egoluce, Cattelanitalia, Aldabra, Leucos, Bisazza and Egoluce. Rona then moved to London and worked as a senior product designer and project manager at Isometrix Lighting and Design. Rona’s professional experience in design and manufacturing motivated her to create products under her own label. The first collection was released in Milan Salone del mobile. Later that same year, Fiera Milano approached Rona to feature her workings in the second edition book ‘BOX 40/2’ about emerging young designers under 40, who have contributed to Italian companies.
Her clients include Caesarstone™, The Conran, Paul Smith, La Rinascente and Aviv Group.
Rona also runs her own design practice Kukka Studio specializing in custom made products for special projects and commissions.
